This notice covers the HOMY public website and its business enquiry form. The website is operated by Homy Healthtech Solutions B.V., Utrecht, The Netherlands.
Business enquiries
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, work email, organisation, enquiry type and confirmation that we may respond. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and continue the conversation you requested. The form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
The form also asks for your country. For pilot and partnership enquiries it also asks for your role and main area of interest, chosen from fixed lists. If you reached the form from one of our campaigns, we also record limited campaign source labels (source, medium, campaign and content) taken from the page address.
Delivery and access
Enquiries are sent through Resend to hello@homy.health. Resend and our email service process the message for delivery and handling. The website is hosted on Vercel. Form contents are not deliberately included in application logs or website analytics events. Hosting and delivery services may process technical request and delivery information.
No patient information
This form is for business conversations. It is not a patient intake or medical service. Do not enter patient names, symptoms, medical records or other health information.
Website analytics
The website is configured to measure page visits, section engagement and CTA clicks using PostHog. Automatic form capture and session replay are disabled. The application does not add contact form fields to those events.

Enquiries remain in our business email correspondence. To request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw permission for further contact, email hello@homy.health. You may also contact us with questions about how your information is handled.
